How Much Will Graduate School Help?
Though an undergraduate degree will satisfy the educational requirement for most positions in the FBI and CIA, some positions may require advanced degrees. In these instances, it can be beneficial to obtain an advanced degree prior to applying to the FBI or CIA. We encourage you to do further research to understand the impact that graduate school may or may not have on your specific career goals.
If you decide to pursue further education, we encourage you to also pursue internship positions within the agency of your choice. When preparing for a career in the FBI or CIA, it is always best to plan ahead, at every step along the journey.
