SIL International Partners in Language Development
SIL offers academic training worldwide that focuses on preparing people to do quality linguistic field work, literacy and translation. Members are volunteers who raise there own financial support. Translation Research Summer School
A two week summer course that offers intensive research training in the area of translation and intercultural studies. This year it will be held in London at University College London.
