This small but up-and-coming site is a free government service for employers and job seekers. It allows job seekers to review job listings and post their résumés. The system can be searched by county location as well as career area. For the record, they consider any job $9.99 or less entry level. There is great variability by county in number of jobs listed, with more counties in Southern Cal than Northern using the service.
