Submit a Request to Mail

All shipment fees must be paid prior to submitting a request. See our full list of options here: Payments & Fees

Letters to be mailed must be on file before a request is submitted.

Submit a request - Send one email with all requests for the day to careerletters@sa.ucsb.edu using this format:

Name: Last, First - Perm#: 1234567
Shipping method: (Choose: Standard/Priority/Overnight)
Letters: List authors or Send all
To: List all destinations with FULL addresses

Address must be complete and exact to ensure a correct label.
Max of 10 addresses per day.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your request has been completed. Allow five business days for office processing.

Health Professions Students
For HP files we include a cover sheet with your AMCAS ID and your name explaining our health program. UCSB does not have a committee letter.
