Reference Letter Authorizations
Authorization forms are required for each reference
letter sent to be kept in your file. We have
made some revisions for '08 so make sure that
you have the most current form. If an old form
is sent to our office we will request an updated
form, but a new letter will not need to be sent.
We are in the process of obtaining new '08 forms
for all letters currently held on file.
Confidential Forms
The agreement for confidential forms states:
I understand and agree that these letters of
reference received by Career Services are confidential
and will not be made available to me and I
expressly waive any rights I might have to
access my reference letters under the Family
Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974.

Non-Confidential Forms
The agreement for Non-Confidential forms states:
I retain my right to have access to the letters
of recommendation in my file.
