What service would you highly recommend students utilize from Career Services?
I would recommend meeting with a Career Counselor for a resume critique. Not only do they have great tips and suggestions to help perfect your resume, they are a great source for any general career questions or problems you might encounter.

What is your major (minor if applicable) and why did you choose this area to study?
I am majoring in Communications, and English. I chose Communications for the many career options that it provides- I am a people person, and want to work in Public Relations or Marketing. I also love literature and writing, so I chose English to supplement Communications.

What are your special hobbies / interests? What do you like to do for fun?
I love doing anything that is outdoors and active. One of the best things about Santa Barbara is the beautiful beaches, and I try to spend as much time outside as possible. Kayaking, playing volleyball, and going dancing with my friends are some of my favorite activities.

After graduation, what is your career goal?
I want to work in Marketing, preferably in the publishing industry, and perhaps write a book of my own.
