Hotel Investors, a hotel real estate acquisition and development
company is looking for a Transaction Coordinator for their Santa
Barbara office. The position is entry level and will work closely with
the Senior Director of Acquisitions and Development to assist with all
aspects of acquisition, disposition, financing, and development. The
ideal candidate will be detail oriented, highly organized, resourceful,
and have strong communication skills.
