The Featured Employer
Program allows you to target
your recruiting efforts to UCSB students while
strategically promoting your organization during
a variety of recruiting activities at UCSB. As
part of the Featured
Employer Program,
your company will be exclusively highlighted for one
week by Career Services.
Career
Services will help coordinate your entire Featured
Employer Program week as well as create your
employer profile for you, using text and a logo you provide.
You'll have the option to review and approve your employer
profile prior to its going live on the Career Services
website.
Highlights
of this program include:
- Your
logo featured on the Career Services homepage
and linked to your
company profile for an entire week!
- Your
company
profile will be available to students
for the entire academic year, even after your featured
week!

- Opportunity
to send
email to targeted student populations
via GauchoLink
announcing your company's upcoming recruiting events!
- Career
Services will assist you in coordinating an information
session
during your featured week! (optional)
