About Us

Our Career Partnership Program at the University of California, Santa Barbara can improve your company’s profile with our campus’ top students. By joining this select group of Career Partners, you can contribute to Career Services while providing tangible evidence of your interest in and support of student career development. Your support will enable us to continue expanding and enhancing our many important programs and services while engaging all stakeholders—including students, parents, employers, and faculty and staff members—in the student career development process.

Companies that support career development are the kinds of employers we want our students to consider in planning their professional goals. That is why we assist our Career Partners in connecting with UCSB people (students, student groups, etc.) and events, and why we especially inform our students about Career Partners and their programs, job openings, and career fair participation. All of this helps Career Partners to attract and select the best of our new graduates for open positions.
